What does our RED plan entail?
At medicademis, the RED program is more than just a single treatment. It is a combination of 3 specifically chosen and consecutive treatments as indicated by the skin therapist. It includes the necessary skincare products for home use to strengthen and support the skin for better results. In between treatments, there is personal guidance via video calls and email if you require it. The plan focuses on:
- Resolving an extensive vascular skin condition. Such as couperose or active rosacea. The overpopulation of small blood vessels in the face, neck, and/or décolleté resulting from long-term accumulated sun damage. But also a combination of a large number of red, purple, and blue leg veins. Which usually appear more and more frequently over time. Many people know this phenomenon as varicose veins.
- Preventing it as much as possible in the future. However, with redness, you often cannot avoid needing a maintenance treatment every so often. Plan for 1 to 2 times a year.
What is the price of the RED plan based on?
The RED plan has a fixed price: €835. Because medicademis is committed to the long-term results of its treatments, all plans are approximately 15% cheaper priced than the same combination of individual treatments and products. So, depending on the personal choices you make with the skin therapist, your discount will fluctuate slightly. Nevertheless, we have opted for a fixed price for our RED plan. Because we do not want a few tens of euros more or less to influence your personal choices. You could also call RED a bundle or treatment subscription, but with us, it is called a plan. Because we create a personal treatment plan to which we commit. In other words: we believe in a beautiful result based on the indication we observe. That is the caring nature of medicademis, and you can hold us to that!
Price examples
1. Leg veins on both legs: 3x a laser treatment €249. 3x a set of products after every treatment, consisting of cooling leg gel, horse chestnut cream, and an SPF.
2. Rosacea on the entire face: 3x an IPL and laser treatment €189. 3x a set of products after every treatment, consisting of a probiotic cleanser, soothing care cream, and an SPF.

Reflection period on our treatments
If you order the RED plan online, you receive a 14-day reflection period. For this, you first come to our practice in Rotterdam. There, we conduct your intake, provide advice, and administer a number of test shots. This is completely free. Once you return home, you can use those 14 days to see what the test shot has done before starting the actual treatment.We will schedule your follow-up appointment during the intake. Of course, you may waive the 14-day cooling-off period on the spot if you do not wish to wait.

Ordering, payment and health insurance
If you order a treatment online, the amount you pay is the no-show fee of €20 and then you can schedule your appointment online. The no-show fee will be offset against your final treatment and/or products. Or you will receive a refund if you decide during your reflection period that you do not wish to have a treatment. If you do not show up for the appointment, you will of course lose the no-show fee. You pay for the RED price plan in two installments, with one fixed amount paid afterwards for the first two treatments: €479,50. The treatment plan states which products, treatments, and time intervals you can expect. For some treatments, reimbursement from your supplementary insurance may be possible if a specific care indication applies to you. You can ask the skin therapist general questions about this, but you should also always check your own insurance coverage.

Personal guidance disclaimer
A Fair Use Policy applies to personal guidance, including video calling, whereby medicademis reserves the right to limit the number of contact moments at its own discretion in the event of excessive demand for support (i.e., a structurally higher number of contact requests than the average for our other clients), and to communicate this unilaterally before proceeding to do so. Naturally, this reservation does not apply should complications unexpectedly arise after the treatment.
