Shipping policy

In the event that the order concerns an appointment for a treatment at the skin clinic, we charge a no-show fee of 20 euros. This serves as a deposit towards the costs charged for the treatment. Naturally, these costs will be settled after your treatment.

Orders containing products in stock are shipped the next working day via PostNL. In nine out of ten cases, PostNL is expected to deliver your package the day after. This excludes deliveries to the islands, where extra day(s) may apply.

For standard deliveries of products within the Netherlands, we always charge €6.95 for handling and shipping. Orders are delivered exclusively to addresses in the Netherlands.
