ICE Balancing Lotion is a lightweight leave-on moisturizer from the ICE line by Lira Clinical. The main active ingredient is 2% salicylic acid, a beta-hydroxy acid (BHA) that is widely used for oily skin, clogged pores, and acne.
Unlike a purely exfoliating acne product, this lotion also contains various hydrating and barrier-supporting ingredients. The formula combines, among others, glycerin, niacinamide, sodium hyaluronate, ceramides, squalane, panthenol, and vitamin C derivatives.
